My approach to psychotherapy is grounded by my belief that each of us have deeply rooted and innate abilities to heal, change, grow and blossom. Emphasizing the importance of developing self-compassion, my role is as a listener and guide, helping you gain insight into the story of your life, navigate problems, establish goals, discover new meaning and develop inner wisdom.

My psychotherapy approach incorporates mindful self-compassion, focusing, emotion processing, and narrative techniques, I see individuals experiencing:

  • feelings of anxiety
  • depression
  • grief/loss
  • relationship difficulties
  • separation and divorce
  • life-stage adjustment
  • inter-cultural challenges
  • body image concerns

I am conveniently located near Eglinton Avenue West and Spadina Road.

Weekend and evening appointments are available.

The cost of a one hour meeting is $135. Many health plans provide coverage for Registered Social Workers. If you have difficulties with fees, I do provide a sliding scale for those in need.
